Geogrid

The main task of geogrid
To increase the carrying capacity of the ground by taking the tensile loads in it

Areas of use for geogrid materials;

-Base Strengthening,
-In the sustaining wall applications,
It is used against the tensile loads which are caused by slippage in high filler production.

Geogrids that can be produced from raw materials like polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene etc. have different yield coefficients according to the raw materials they are made of.

The connection points are autogenous. The high tensile strength at the attachment points of the extruded geogrids is the greatest advantage against other grids. They are developed specially for use in stabilization areas where tensile strength is required in both directions, it has high strength. The floor carrying capacity can increase up to 3 times depending on the ground structure
